• In-depth initial consultation (2 hrs.)
• Checklist for your pre-move tasks (utilities, phone, etc.)
• Ongoing contact with your community
• Scheduling the moving crew
• Viewing and measuring your new space
• Help with decisions about which items to take to your new place
• Customized floor-plan
• Packing of items to be moved
• Supervision of move-out and -in
• Unpacking and set-up of new space
• Putting away all items--kitchen items, toiletries, etc.
• Setting up bedrooms and making beds
• Hanging lightweight pictures and shower curtains
• Removal of all packing materials
• All packing supplies (boxes, etc)

Supplies not included.  Unpacking price includes putting items away.

3.  Home Staging/Prep for Sale:

$125/hr. (3 people, 2 hr. min.)

Includes de-cluttering, furniture placement and customized plan for prep work

An in-depth (approx. 2.5 hrs.) overview of lifestyle requirements and options available such as Aging-in-Place, Retirement Community Living, and Rightsizing into a smaller or larger space. This consultation combines a review of current and future health considerations, family and social concerns, and accommodation desires to determine ideal lifestyle options for each unique individual. Together we will come up with the plan that works best for your future living space.
